With all the money poured into all these different gang task forces etc. you would think the government would have a good handle on really addressing the gang issue. Reading this article it seems this USGIA group might actually have something to offer that can put a good dent in all this organized crime stuff. I'll try anything once. These guys seem to have their stuff together. Let's hope the government uses their talents instead of sticking out their chest!
